I figure it's appropriate to honor the brave men and women that serve. What makes a hero isn't what they stand to face, but what they stand to defend, and they do it by choice. Be proud of them for not just taking the easy way out.

Thank a veteran when you see one. Look in their eye as you say it. Mean it.
